Why does GeminiJets make such bad quality plane models?
The paint comes off and the landing gear break and the wheels get lost.

You have the previous generation of herpa 1:500. Herpa redesigned all the 1:500 molds with scale landing gear and better lines overall. They have really improved the lines in response to GJ etc. I try to only collect 1:500 due to space limitations in my home. All the recent competion has made for better quality on the market overall.

I have no problems with mine - although I only started back in November last year I have 6 and have had no problems whatsoever - very impressed by them and their detail.

I take really good care of my models and when I got the American Airlines B757 and the JAL B747 I took them out of the box and they were already broken. It is not my fault that when I take an airplane out of it's box it is broken.

Yes, it must be the old generation, but I bought it just a few months ago.

I only buy Gemini, wont find a better model out there!

ve collected Dragon Wings, Gemini Jets and Herpa (all 1:400), and I have to say that I consider GJ to be the poorer quality of the three.
