Cloud9 Announces Klax Scenery

Screenshots look beautiful. Hope framerates are excellent like FlyTampa scenery. IMHO the SimFlyers KLAX framerates are horrible.

What do we need to say about Simflyers now? I have Simflyers KLAX version 2 for FS2004..... hmmm should I buy a new scenery for LAX again for FS2004?

Chances are, you're going to need at LEAST that to run it at semi-decent settings. By the looks of it I figure it's probably along the lines of the Boston and Cleveland aftermarket sceneries.

I've got a pretty good system, and the only SimFlyers sceneries that get passing framerates are LAS and PHX. The rest of them range from bad (ORD, JFK) to downright awful (DFW and IAH). I barely get 10FPS at DFW with 0% AI. Cloud9's sceneries are pretty good...not as fast as FlyTampa or Flight Scenery, but still quite flyable. It'll be nice to have a good looking LAX available, if for no other reason, it'll put an end to the constant nagging of scenery designers by demanding simmers.  Wink

Same here except I don't have the PHX scenery. KLAS is my favorite SimFlyers scenery. I've always hoped that they will come up with an updated LAS to account for the changes at the D gates.
