Looking good so far. I recently got the PMDG 747 and have really started to enjoy FS since.
Looking forward to a release date.  Smile

Looks great! Im a big MD-11 fan so I'm greatly looking forward to a professional level trijet sim.

The PMDG B747 is a great aircraft! but for some reason I don't seem to enjoy flying with it as much as the PMDG737/LDS767/PSS777.

your right, It's a great plane. Maybe one of the best out there. But I really miss the wingviews and I don't feel like spending another $30 on walk and follow.

Oh ok, but heres a solution to your problem, this is a great active camera programm, that I use for all my add-on`s, and it doesnt even have to run wile using it because its fully integrated into FS once installed.

Works just like all the other payware ones, and you can fully walk through the cabin etc. and do all the other cool view things.

Heres the link http://www.wilcopub.com/downloads/F1view.zip

And now go fly the PMDG 744  Silly lol  Silly

Cheers Leo

Really fantastic looking. Too bad (or is it?) that I never have time for simming anymore.

Wow, the VC looks good. I'll defo be getting that. PMDG's planes are fantastic, I really enjoy flying them and judging by their current high standards they might make a wide-body tri-jet that really simulates a tri-jet design.

(The only Tri-Jet i could find that had 3 simulated engines was the captain sim 727. All MD-11, DC-10, L1011's tht i;ve found have either 2 or 4 engines simulated either completely igorning the 2nd engine or using two engines to simulate the one.)

And MOST tri-jets I;ve found tend to (as a result of this poor design practice) tend to be nothing like the joy to fly like the PMDG 737 & 747's are.

Bring it on!

(Oh and also...bring on the PMDG A320 hehe!)

Great looking VC. Hopefully the MSFS dev team totally re-did the FS lighting engine for FSX and the days of dark VCs and hardware lights being wasted on dome lights needed just to see the VC panel are gone.

I'm still hoping......  crossfingers . Beta testers any word on the lighting engine without violating the NDA?

I much prefer the Pmdg 737 to their 747 as well and i also prefer the level D 767 to the Pmdg 747.The 737 has got textures that make it look real but the Pmdg 747 looks like a shiny coke can.
your pilots today on this 747 flight are captain oliver hardy and assisting will be FO stan laurel.Have a safe flight

Im definitely buying this when it comes out, simply like someone said above because no-ones really simulated 3 engines and because the MD11 is a beast!

Great shots!

Thanks Leo!

I gave it a try, pretty neat little program although it doesn't really give you a good wing-view. But I did fly with the Queen for a bit  Smile

Maybe it depends on the livery. I can't see it from inside, anyway, so I don't care. There's a lot more to a decent aircraft than the external texture.  Smile
