Russian Version Of Amarc?

Tue Dec 12, 2006 8:06 pm

Hey all,
This is my first post on Airliners, although I have been a browser here for several years and enjoy it very much.
My question is this!Last January I took an overflight of Marana and Davis Monthan and was wondering if the Russians have a similar storage or regeneration facility to Monthan?

To the best of my knowledge , the CIS doesn't have a central storage facility like the US does in the form of AMARC where all the armed forces store their surplus and bones. Some air force bases kept some of their 'old' planes when the air force re-aligned and put them in storage / bones.
