PSS A330/A340 Default ATC Issue

Thu Jan 25, 2007 4:18 am

Hi All

Possibly bit of a silly question and also am not in front of FS right now so excuse me if my description is a little brief.

Basically when I fly the Airbus with the default MS ATC I do all the things that need to be done in the cockpit etc etc in terms of preparation. I file my flight plan with ATC no probs.

Then after push back and engine start I inform that I am ready to taxi. I can tune the freq given to me but when I press '1' again to contact nothing happens - its like my link with ATC gets lost.

This happens, as I say after pushback and engine start.

I was wondering if any of you had experienced this. Please guys, I know I may be doing things in the worng order or things like that - please I would ask that the replies that come if any just concentrate on the error I get.

As always

Thanks a million

Do you load the aircraft "cold and dark" - if so this is your problem. Load up in a default Cessena then switch to the plane you want to fly. This should solve the problem.
