A340-600 Conversion Powerplant

Fri Sep 21, 2007 3:57 am

I may have discovered the near perfect remedy for RR trent for 1/144 A340-600. Revell makes an elaborate AN 124 kit in 1/144. The powerplants in this kit are identical in almost every proportion to the RR trent used on the A346. I messed with everything else. As far as the pylons are concerned...after assembling both halves, fill pylon w/ epoxy/w filler and you should have enough meat their to fully shape an accurate pylon. The powerplant issue was my only hurdle to kikking off a 346 conversion...now I'mm ready to go...j
