Well, I've found that the general settings in the Settings page are the ones that make a difference in the appearance of the aircraft. (the ones with the mormal slider bars that appear up front) I assume that that is also true for the scenery., but I'm not certain. Hope this helps!

Turn on anisotropic filtering. That should fix it.

Otherwise it could be a driver issue.

Do all your planes look like that?

I had this same issue before I got my new video card for FSX. That may be your problem.

If you could, post your computer specs here, and maybe we can troubleshoot for you.

I had the same issue for the longest time, ugly aircraft with 'Aircraft' set to the max.

IIRC, if you move the 'global texture resolution' slider (Graphics Tab) up to High/Very High the aircraft will look much better.

Hi all

My planes are back to normal now, all i did was change the "default cock pet view" from 3D to 2D, It seems to me irrelevant because i changed it back and it stayed. It must have tregered something.

Thanks all any way.

Glad to hear. No problem.
