Since I've not got FS/FSX running at the moment until a new computer comes along, here are a couple of old FS2004 screenshots I might not have posted:

http://www.racerplanet.com/photoplog/images/2082/1_216_BA-base2.jpg
http://www.racerplanet.com/photoplog/images/2082/1_216_BA-base.jpg

That's G-BOAF leaving the BA maintenance area at Heathrow in special colours for The Royal British Legion. Moving over to stand Victor 14, the traditional Concorde gate, where the passengers are waiting inside and enjoying the facilities of the Concorde lounge. Once off the ground, there will be some canapes going around, and some champagne and caviar. So they'll be eating over the next hour or so and listening to the Marriage of Figaro on the entertainment system.

As you can see, there is some quite large clouds about, so there is a little bit of weather to be careful about - but nothing that should cause too much difficulty. Estimated flight time to Barbados around 3 hours 50min.

I kinda wished planes were like cars, so they could bring a new Connie model (like the new Mini, Beetle, or Fiat 500)

I'd take a Constellation over a 737 any day!

Not too sure, tbh I think it's me that's the problem! I thought there was a problem with the heading indicator, but I jumped straight into an IFR flight without bothering to get familiar with the old girl.

I've been on another "three-holer" kick, so this time I'm in PMDG's MD-11 taking a little trip from MIA to ORD:

At the gate in MIA

Taxiing out

Lined up, ready to go

The VC

Cruising along, .81M...FL350

Getting ready to touch down on Rwy 28 at ORD

As I'm touching down...it's snowing (just like it really did today)

Oh well, off to the gate I go...

Great shots there, but the landing lights are shockingly unrealistic. That glow from them not does not happen in daylight and clear visibility!!

Love the EI colours on the A346!

Just more 737 action my end. Leaving IBZ now, bound for my birth place of Birmingham...

One of my favourite schemes that one for sure.

Well finally arrived in BHX after 2hr18 surfing the euro skies

Quite dark these ones...but you get the idea  http://i1188.photobucket.com/albums/z402/GingerSnap0407/FSStuff/screenshot456.png
Sun going down over France.

http://i1188.photobucket.com/albums/z402/GingerSnap0407/FSStuff/screenshot457.png
Quick night shot of the VC prior to descent. I had already put in the frequencies and course for a 33 (330 was set, but should been 329 according to this aircraft however) arrival. But alas, changes happen and 15 it was.

http://i1188.photobucket.com/albums/z402/GingerSnap0407/FSStuff/screenshot459.png
West of BHX....downwind for RWY 15.

http://i1188.photobucket.com/albums/z402/GingerSnap0407/FSStuff/screenshot460.png
Lights on, we're ready to land.

http://i1188.photobucket.com/albums/z402/GingerSnap0407/FSStuff/screenshot461.png
Didn't want to chance a touchdown shot as the visibility was down to around 800m (0.5mi). The ILS did me proud http://i1188.photobucket.com/albums/z402/GingerSnap0407/FSStuff/screenshot463.png
Parked up at the main terminal (as oppose to the Eurohub/Terminal 2). Time for a cuppa methinks.
