Provia 100F

Fri Apr 21, 2000 8:17 am

Hey everyone! Hope all of you have been doing well. I have been so busy w/ work that I have not had time to post in a while.

Please tell me more about this film above! It is for slides correct? I had my share of royal gold 100 from those other guys, not happen w/ results and I hear too many bad reports about K 64.

Also, many of you might have tried my web site, www.planefreak.com, however due to an operation and several weeks of recovery, I have not had time to work on it.

Stay tuned-I am going to change my idea and start something new!

Hey, planefreak

I haven't had the chance to use it yet (I mostly use Sensia 100 or Kodak Elite Chorme 100), but I've talked with the folks at my photo lab who claim that it is INCREDIBLY sharp. Supposedly the colors are fairly accurate, too. Pretty pricey, though ($9 - $10 US +/- per roll). I've seen it at mail order places for about half of that price.

rgds,
Norm

ps
good to "talk" with you guys again ... it's been several months since I've posted.

I wasn't going to jump in on this thread at first, but I am...a vast majority of my slides are on Provia F.

It's incredibly sharp film, I love it to death. It's a good buy too, a brick costs ~110 bucks.

Take a look at my pix (search for Chris Coduto)
