My First One In The "Best Shots" Sections

Tue Nov 07, 2000 2:24 am

Hello,

it took me a while and I really was trying hard and today KvW informed me that that my most recent upload was added to the "best shot" selection.

That makes me proud!

Maybe not my best shot in my eyes but definitely a Vasco Garcia Original.

I didn't even see that one, that's beautiful. Good work. I'm still trying to get one of those shots that makes it into the "best shots" section.

I really like that latest twin takeoff one - spectacular!

Just a pity you won't be seeing SAA in Sydney again from Jan next year - their new codeshare with Qantas means all their Oz flights will terminate in Perth.

Congrats Vasco,

It's getting very tough to get one in this catagory as of late. I am fortunate to have 3 or 4 (I have forgotten, it's been so long). As a matter of fact, I am very surprised that you have not inducted into the 'Best Shots' as of yet, you have some great stuff. I really need to get back up to Beantown.

Andrew,

Thank you soooooo much for that free plug!! And yes it will be sad to lose our beloved Springbok service. Only photographable in Summer, but still nice!

I knew I had shots in the "Best Shots" section, I was just clowning around.... like any true Aussie would!

Keep up the good work Vasco!

Cheers
Craig Murray

PS: I am nearly through sorting a massive backlog of photos that I have accumulated, as soon as I am done you can all look forward to some more of my shots being uploaded very very soon!!!! Keep an eye out for them! Only about 3000-5000 or so to scan but hey... I'll get there!!!

Hey Aussie Beach Bum!

Your shots are rubbish!!

Well on 11/11/00 it will be exactly a year that we photographed together at SYD. Great day that and the weather was good too. Good to meet Frank also.

Keep your shots coming even though they are as bad as a Dingo's dunny

See ya

Congratulations on your photo Vasco. It was one of the first I had to check out in full size the last time I was in the Best Shots section.

Exellent work.

Kindest Regards
