Can We See More Of These.....

One thing that has saddened me on the large database of photos is the huge lack of aviation pics of Australian domestic carriers from just 10 years ago, not even that long. Airline liveries such as TAA, old Ansett and many others are almost never seen on the database. When looking through the database, the majority of photos are from Sydney of QF 747 after 747 after 747 and it gets rather tiring.

But today I looked through the database to see a very welcome new photo. This one is taken by Brian Wilkes, who we all know does a great job at taking photos.

Two of the old liveries in one photo, very rare sight on airliners.net indeed. These things were flying less than a decade ago, yet we see nearly none of the photos of them on airliners.net.

Congratulations Brian Wilkes and I am very happy that you are willing to share a great photo such as that.

May we see more of these in the future  Big grin
