Kodak Professional Supra 100 Film

Mon May 21, 2001 6:07 pm

Hi all

I am needing to get some more film and today I came across the range of Kodak Professional Supra 100 Print Film.

From the Kodak website it states that this new film is exceptional for scans taken direct from the negative thus allowing higher quality scans from both the prints and neg, better quality enlargements and generally better quality.

Anyone used it yet?

Hey gary, this is now the only print film i use, the price here is VERY cheap, like $4 to $4.50 for a roll of 36... the sharpness of the negatives is the best of any prints i've used... compared to royal gold, the colors arent quite as brilliant, but the overall quailty makes up for it....

here are a few examples of Supra 100, some of my first uploads here, these were all print scans....

Hi Gary.

I have been using it for about a year now. I like it better tha the Royal Gold family. My oppinion is that it's less grainy and gives better colors.

Most of my pictures on this site were taken with Supra 100.

You can check them out by seaching under my e-mail address. "an310@mediaone.net"

Hopes this helps.

Regards,

Hi all

Sorry, should have gotten back to you earlier.

Thanks for the comments on the film. I have placed an order anyway so looking forward to using it.
