This is really a first "price" for my work, which included taking pictures, scanning, uploading, getting refused, asking the group for opinions, trying again, getting refused again, asking the group again, improving whatever possible, and so on.

So, thanks to those, who gave me the fine advices.
And of course thanks to the nice aircraft for standing exactly there, where I wanted them to be  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Heya all

thanks for the kind words. I also took a pic the same day of an Air Europa with old colors on the exact same spot. I'll try to upload this as well.

Blackened, I'm almost sure, if we ever would have an A.net meeting at ZRH, we would see many known faces.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Hi!
Great shots.
What happened to your A330 takeoff shot you posted here for discussion some weeks ago? Did you upload it?
Peter
BTW
I will try to take some hours off today to go to the Heliport.

I didn't upload it so far, as I didn't think it would be accepted. I rescanned it and uploaded it to german picture database located at http://www.planepictures.net/. Perhaps I'll give it a try to upload it here as well.

Oh, sorry Peter! I made a little confusion. I thought you were talking about another A330-picture of mine, showing the Qualiflyer belly.

The picture you are reffering to - at least I think, you are referring to this one - was refused 4 different times. So I gave up. You can see it at the same picture database at http://www.planepictures.net/ .

The URL of the picture itself is:
http://www.planepictures.net/netshow.cgi?991572706:ZRH

Did you mean that one?

Sorry for the mess!!

Hey Geraldo,

You lucky dog! On your first batch you manage to get a shot of a blue belly where the blue shows up properly. I've tried God-knows-how-many times and still haven't managed a good shot.

Keep 'em coming.

My first batch?

You won't believe how many rolls I spent to get the blue belly THAT blue  Smile/happy/getting dizzy Smile/happy/getting dizzy

But indeed, the weather and sunlight was optimal. I also shot a close up of an A321 with blue belly, where the blue is even better. Perhaps I'll try to upload it.
You can have a lokk at my website (see user profile) or diectly at:

Many thanks

Hi, I especially liked the bottom one. But they are both great shots. Well done, keep it up.  Big thumbs up

There were a lot of photographers at Zürich that day. And sometimes what you saw appears on airliners.net a few days later  Smile/happy/getting dizzy. The blue bellies look kind-a black most of the time. In reality they're really blue. Not like BA. Pictures work better on the ground - and with sun.

Did you see that specific day all those spotters - about 10 or 20 - running like hell, when the Balair B767 was pushed back, just to take a picture of it? Well, one of them was me  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

...And one of them was me of course. I got pretty cool pictures of the whole Balair fleet that day. I was almost like a running contest there when a cool plane showed up. It was like that when the Air Europe came, too - and when the Emirates 330 arrived.

Hehehe! Perhaps we were even standing side by side taking the same pics.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

There's only one plane, which I never catch: the Edelweiss A332. This will be my special hunt next time I plan a trip to ZRH.
