Encounters With Wildlife While Photographing? Vol2

Hi All,

As most of you remember, we had this topic two months ago. I wrote short story about feeding birds at DCA, then few people disagreed with me that there is no sign that is saying Do not feed birds.
I took this picture again last saturday. Here it is:

I guess that "feeding animals... is prohibited" means that none of the DCA tenants are allowed to give snacks to visiting airliners.net photographers then?  Big grin
