Spotting At Sea?

What places close to the runways at Sea-Tac are good for spotting/taking photos? Is there some little known street that gets you close to the action? I've been up to the Boeing plant in Everett, and there are a couple places where you can get close to the 747s and 777s waiting before and after painting...
