Quality Of Pics Related To Recent Events

Can I ask people to use a little common sense when uploading shots that are related to the current chaos following the US hijackings.

The reason I am making this request is that people seem to be using the events in order to dig up all the frankly terrible-quality pics they have of allegedly the aircraft involved (most do not have visible reg. numbers, that's why I say "allegedly").

In addition, there seem to be a lot of pictures submitted of "Delta/Continental/American/USAir/United's first flight into/out of ???". These may well be of interest to you, but if the aircraft is a mile away, blurry, and there's a tree half in the way, it's not getting accepted. Likewise for any unusual aircraft at your local airport that have been diverted there. We may indeed be interested, but it is not an excuse to submit really bad quality pictures, or shots where the aircraft is a dot in the middle of the frame.

Thank you.

Well said,

These pictures, may be of interest at other sites, but lowering the quality for pictures that are related to this subject, no matter how closely, is not really on.

Especially with some where there are no proof.
