I have been away for a while, and I managed to get a few pictures while on my trip at SLC. The first day was beautiful and I am preparing some photos to upload from that shoot. The next day was pretty overcast, and though most of the pics turned out fairly well technically, the clouds and haze spoiled most of them. Anyway, I managed one photo that I particularly like because of a trail of blue sky that seemed to creep into the frame to create a nice backdrop for the plane. But alas, the plane is much softer than any of the other pictures I took that day. (funny how that works out)
I am wondering if anyone can work their magic in photoshop to help make the photo salvageable for me, or at least give it a shot. It is a close call, but it is fairly high resolution and might just be able to be sharp enough for acceptance with some work and downsizing, although maybe not.
The photo can be seen at http://www.pbase.com/image/881310/original
Feel free to work on it and email me any result you may obtain along with any sharpening hints. I have my usual workflow, but for this one I just am getting frustrated. If it can't be saved, no worries...I have others I can work on from the previous day, but I really liked this picture...
