LAX And Photography?

Mon Feb 11, 2002 4:01 pm

Hello guys. I am planning a trip to LAX in the middle of November. I would like to know all the needed information before I go there, all the good spots, and if there are any restrictions that will make photography hard.

If anybody has a map of LAX and the good spotting spots I would like one.

Thanks in advance!

I was there in Dec,and got some nice approach shots at the Proud Bird rest.'s parking lot. Nice approaches to 25L and it's private property so the cops can't tell ya to move on!

The cops haven't told me to move on from Big Cargo either and that is on airport property.

Are the cops hard on you there? I don't want to get arrested when I go down there.

I have yet to be chased away from the airport at any spot that I shoot from.

Can you still stand ontop of the Parking Garage at Tom Bradley? The one that faces the North Int' ramp.

Good chance of getting booted by the cops. I usually hang out on the 96th street bridge for shooting on the north side in the winter.
