Problem is, that many "creative shots" do have a high chance to be rejected. Tastes are very different. But I agree, it needs more to take a pic, like the first one shown in this topic, than a pic of a taxiing aircraft.

I tried to shoot a 'faster than a speeding bullet' shot, it was great! Slowish shutterspeed (it was brilliant sunlight) and just the tail leaving the frame, it was pretty hilarious but it got rejected.
Oh well .
I don't think I have been that creative so far, although since i've only been at the airport for 1 hour and thats it. Before then everything sucked caus the weather was poor.
Dan you can not complain about the weather, look out the window! Now is your chance. The weekend looks wonderful im going to get up to LGW if I can and you should get as amny shots as you can whilst the weather is sunny - it doesnt happen often!
Creativity is imaginative power, invention, testing new things you've never tried. You are creative when you're not shooting the same kind of motive day after day, year after year. Ingenuity...
If people like it or not has nothing to do with creativity in itself, even though a "creative" (a shot part from the mass) shot here on A.net often are popular - or not. Some people like it some not, the point is that you train your "creative" sense and not only shoot at routine - broaden your mind!
