The first is way oversharpened. Jaggies jumped out at me when I opened it.

The rest look ok, but the angle is not very flattering. I don't really like the angle on those. The colors look a little dull, too.

Great shots!
Don't listen to Mcringring, there is no "right" angle. I don't like the usual "perfect" 45 Degrees fron shots...
Go ahaed and post them.
Good luck!

OK, so I'm not allowed to dislike the angle?  Insane

He did upload them and they were rejected. That's why he's asking for comments. He wants to know why they didn't make it. I was pointing out some possibilities.

Sorry, I did not want to be rude...

I have to confess, you are right about the sharpness of the first picture!  Smile

Hkg_clk,

were these shots rejected for quality reasons or because of the angle/part of the aircraft missing?

If the latter is the case you won't have any chances to get them onto the database, although they're interesting shots.

I think that your photos came out a bit blurry because of the movement and the slower than needed shutter speed, so you tried to get rid of that blur by oversharpening. I noticed that on the closeups that you submitted.
