Yeah thats real all right. 747's have mounting position between the engine and the fuse to hold a spare engine for transport. What you see is real. A 6 Engined 747. But that one that goes on the mount does not operate.

As far as I remember they have only a hard point on the port side for carrying a spare engine, making it a 5 engined 747.

The joke was pretty obvious with three smilies and all.
I just pointed out that a 747 can carry 1 spare, not 2.  Insane
