Oh Screener Were Art Thou? :-)

Just some short words:
I'm quite happy the quality standard has raised over the past years.  Wink/being sarcastic

Hum,

This was added a long time ago if you look at the image id number and probably added by Johan himself.

Suggest you take this problem image up with him.

Perhaps the photographer didn't scan that photo too well. If it was at a higher res then it would be larger and he could at least level the horizon and crop it better, not to mention it might look sharper a bit.

I know its hard to do for photogs who have 1000s of photos on here but more people should go thru their early scans and do a re-upload to make those photos look as good as they can considering how they were shot. I only had 130 pics when I did that. I re-scanned all my '98 and '99 pics and they did improve. When I compared the new one to the old version I was ashamed of the old one, that's how bad it was! But, back in '99 I didn't know any better..

I encourage the use of the "re-upload" feature......

Instead of re-upload how about the ability to delete your pictures in order to replace them with different but better versions. I find that I now have some better shots of aircraft I already have in the database but I can't re-upload because they are different images.

Gary

Sure I know that it's a very early photo! That's the very point. I'm just happy that the quality of the uploaded pics got better and better.

I have no problem with the pic itself nor anything else.
