Well.. if you live in the city you could always take the Subway to Penn and then take the Newark Airport connector. Surprisingly enough the monorail affords some excellent views.
Then again, keep price in mind.

The prices are pretty ridiculous. From my hometown train station of Morris Plains, NJ, a roundtrip peak fare to the city is less then Amtrak's one way.
Just goes to show ya that New Jersey is full of New York prices
Ahhh, wouldnt a spring meet be great! Too bad I cant go since im 14 and my parents think everybody on the internet is evil and want to kill people.
