Canon 75-300 F4.0 VS Tamron 70-300 F4.0

Mon Dec 30, 2002 5:21 pm

The price is similar for both lenses (about 200 €), which one do you consider to be a better lens? I have seen the Tamron one and it looks nice. It would be for a Canon EOS 500N or a EOS 300.

Happy 2003!

There was a discussion about the Canon 75-300 not long ago and it was highly recommended. I'm going to get one in the next few days to put on a Canon DSLR so I would recommend it.
