How Is This Filter Called?

Thu Jan 16, 2003 5:21 pm

Hello guys!

I don't remeber the filters name that is used for double exposures, it is used for taking pictures of 1 person twice on a single frame.
Its square shaped and has a semi circle inside.

I am looking for one, so if you could give me the name, I would appreciate it.

Graduated neutral density filter? (cokin brand)

I think that's what you're talking about.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

No, that's not the one. It IS a good filter to have though  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Most photographers just use a piece of matte black cardboard taped onto the filterholder I believe, but Cokin does make a luxury plastic version in their P line if you want to shell out the money for it.
Check their website (http://www.cokin.fr) for product numbers, I believe they have several versions.
