Fri Apr 11, 2003 6:23 pm

With the subsequent demise of the SST, where are the good spots to get a nice shot of these birds ?

At CDG if your coming in from opposite le bourget (the other side of cdg) on the main road, get to the roundabout, and turn right, follow the road past the two runways, and theres a grass verge you can park on under the flightpath, i stayed there all day and found out concorde operates only 2 times a day, so i was lucky to catch it the day after (but i was on the other side of the airport-DOH!!)
Its not the fall that kills u, its the sudden stop at the end..

Either way you'd better hurry, Concorde retires in October.
