Singapore Spotters....9V-SFC

Tue May 27, 2003 10:38 pm

Hi all,
This may amount to nothing, but 9V-SFC departed ADL-SIN at 22.15 local time (+9.5hrs GMT). The a/c had a slight problem with either the tug or powering up it's engines. It was attached to the tug after pushback for about five minutes and then it powered forward with ground crew still in contact at the nose gear. The a/c was then too far forward to exit the ramp and onto the taxi way, so it did a full 270 degrees turn, in order to make it's way to the runway. After disconnecting it departed without any other noticeable problems.

Thought one or some of you might like to get a picture of it arriving (if it arrives after sunrise) to see if it has had any further dramas- maybe with the nose gear.

Basically just a heads up for Singapore spotters.

Cheers

Hey Dave..

Unfortunately 9V-SFC as SQ7291 is estimated in at 0313 LT  Sad Thanks for the heads up!!

SIN had some good stuff today... 744ER in the AM, and "logoless CX cargo" in the evening.
