Rejections

Mon Jun 16, 2003 9:17 pm

Hi,

since my photos were rejected I would appreciate if you could give me some advice what should I do in order to improve my pictures. Original photos are taken by Sony F717. All my recent photos have been rejected and I don't know what is the problem. The quality looks good to my eye.

I think that some are even better than any of my former accepted pictures that were taken in daylight.

why the giant size? You should strive for 1024 x 700 or something in that area. I don't say 1024 x 768 because too many people on this site are fixated on that photo size and all it does is add nothing to a photo in the vertcial plain of the shot.

Love the TU-154 and Corsair A330 shots! I would say definitely resize these to 1024x7XX as Royal said- then go for a reupload. I think the Fokker 50 and the Malev are just too backlit to squeeze enough quality out of.

Also should balance the colors more on the Lufthansa CRJ and resize that one as well and it should have a fair shot.

regards,
Serge
