As for Royal saying we digital photog. have it easy, well, it is indeed true for ramp/still shots. We shoot 5 or 6 pics of each (enough memory on the flash card).
However, when it comes to action shots, well, you SLR guys have the advantage (okay, I'm not speaking of DSLR which is the best of both worlds as everybody knows).

. My digicam, although quite good, is a pain in the *** when it comes to short response. The zoom is awfully slow, let alone the autofocus. And with just 2 mpixels, I have to shoot it full frame on the first (and only shot).
