I really like this camera and lenses - it's very light to carry round. I can get the body, lenses, filters, flash, spare film, blower brush, etc. in a pretty small camera bag. Although the camera is auto-focus and auto-exposure, it has all the required manual overrides to give me total flexibility. I am just about to start photographing planes again, but haven't decided what film to use yet. I have no interest in switching to digital!

This camera really is old school now. It weighs a ton, but is totally solid. Naturally, given it's about 30 years old, it's totally manual. I used to shoot aviation only on K64 - I've only just recently started scanning and uploading some of my stuff. When I look at some of the shots I've got of stuff landing at LHR
, I'm actually staggered I managed to focus, expose, compose and shoot without screwing something up! Must have been youth I suppose
