"Badmotive" Photo - Should I Appeal?

Sat Dec 20, 2003 11:14 pm

Hi all,

I had a photo rejected a week ago for "badmotive" reason:

There are several other similar photos like this one in database:

Does only accept this kind of photos for wide bodies with lots of wheels? Should I appeal?

Please excuse my poor English.

Raymond, this happens to me all the time. Pictures are rejected even though almost similar ones are in the database (different aircraft types, different airlines, different angles, different locations, etc.).

I gave up appealing. If they don't want it, they loose it...

This is where I think has gone wrong. I think that is a great action shot. seems so hellbent on absolute perfection in image quality that sometimes they forget that they're rejecting pictures that people would like to see.

I like it, and many similar to it. Only appeal if you like the shot. It just takes a while to get through sometimes.
