Contrail Shot Rejection--Need Post-Processing Help

Sat Apr 10, 2004 11:53 pm

Hi guys,

I received this badcontrast rejection recently.

I'm afraid it'll be badscan once I enhance the contrast. Fortunately, I've taken this photo in RAW—so maybe there's something that can be done. I've also uploaded the file that I extracted with FileViewer, all settings are standard:

Any tips are highly appreciated.

In my opinion, I think that it's a wonderful photo, BUT (hate the buts) it not only looks a little dark to me, it also looks a little soft. I suggest you make it lighter and increase the contrast a LITTLE, and then give it a good dose of sharpening.

It's nice, BUT, rotate the photo so the jet does not appear as doomed as it looks here. And increase the brightness and the contrast..
Looks good
