How Can I Improve This Picture?

Fri Jun 11, 2004 12:34 am

Hi!

I had this one just rejected in A.net:

http://www.jetphotos.net/viewphoto.php?id=298178
(sorry, I was unable to find the rejection link)

It was rejected for badquality... I'm using a Canon 300D with kit lens.

Thanks in advance!

Miquel.

A difficult one, looks soft to me.

And the window glare is distorting the image. And the wing at this position is a little distracting for me.

It's not level for one, and there a lot of distractions. Mid section to empanage is close, if not blown out. Not enough shadow detail due to the time of day. Tough call, I don't know if you can fix it for this site, might be best off where it is.

Karlok,
When you say "soft" how does that happen? I am using the same camera as Mighluss and sometimes get the same thing.

Hi all

Some people think that images can be uploaded direct from camera.....
eh, no.

Most images need some sort of post processing, including sharpening.

Hola Mighluss,

I think the picture is unleveled and also there is some windows reflection over the wing.

Saludos,

Thanks for all your answers!

I tought about the unlevel thing, but it's quite difficult to say for me... yes aircraft is little unlevel. I didn't realise about the window glare, I supose that is somethig unavoidable. well, I will try have to try with another one!

Good night!  Acting devilish
Miquel.

It looks kind of 'dreamy' soft to me. What aperture (f/?) was it taken at?
