Bailey's Photos Being Questioned

Thu Sep 09, 2004 9:38 pm

Thought I would point out another aviation forum where one of Bailey's amazing pictures is being questioned as to whether its fake. Fair enough its only one or two people, and mayb Bailey has already seen it but thought I should bring it to his attention just in case.

Cheers.

Lol, funny really as I think Bailey would be the first to admit he wouldn't know how to do these in Photoshop. Poor guy has to do it the hard way  Smile

Fully compliant with the brilliant rule mentioned in the thread:

Very good photo = Fake
Mediocre photo = Real

I am glad to inform you that all my pictures are real.  Wink/being sarcastic

It's pretty funny because the guy that was questioning the pics in that thread has now been banned from posting in that thread  Laugh out loud

The fact of the matter is people get jealous! When people see wonderful pictures they know they could never take then they like to start rumours! Stupid arses!!! Lol, Bailey is one of the luckiest people in the world with his job and we are even luckier he is handy with a dslr!!!

Chris

P.S. LOL  Big thumbs up @ Colins remark!

What a bunch of losers. I look forward to the day I can capture shots of this kind of quality, and yet there are these two-bit armchair punks who don't know anything beyond how to yank their own dicks accusing people of image manipulation.

Pathetic.

Cheers,

James.

John - thanks for the reference and your support.

Whoo-hoo - seems I have joined the elite group of fakers.

I love the classic "proof" from Vimac - "I can't do it, so no one else can"  Smile

Mind you, with the Thai shot I actually think the accusuation of "fakery" is understandable ... the lighting was a bit weird and does make the 747 look like a pretty crude cut 'n' paste. When I first saw it on the screen I thought "Sh*t, this looks like a composite!" and half expected it to be questioned.

But, as with all my shots here, its the real thing. Hell, as visitors to a certain other site will know, if I want to play with Photoshop, I go for something a little more outrageous!

Cheers,

Colin

The only good about these 'critics' is the extra hits on ones picture.
Something one truly can do without. Shame on them, losers!
