Rejection Assistance

I have always had a few pictures that have been rejected due to low quality. I do not know if it is my digital camera, or if it is something that can be corrected however, here is the latest picture:

Wow, I love the motiv behind the shot. Looks a little grainy and the aircraft looks a little soft, though.
