More Rejections

Wed Nov 03, 2004 1:29 pm

Recently after my last upload, I got a string of rejections. For a few of the shots and didn't see how the reason for the rejection fit the photo. Maybe it is just me. The following were rejected for badangle. When I edited the pictures, I aligned the grid with the indentations on STL tower.

The next shot was taken right at sunset and was rejected for badcolor:

The next one was rejected for badquality. I can see where the screener is coming from, and I am wondering if there is a way that I can fix it or should I try an appeal?

Finally for my last one. I uploaded this awhile ago and it was rejected for badinfo. When I reuploaded it with the corrected information, it was rejected for badquality.

I'd appreciate any input on these photos and any suggestions on what I can to do prevent this in the future. Thanks,

Two A-4's, left ten o'clock level continue left turn!

For the unlevel ones, rotate them CCW about .2 or so.

The screener consensus on the WN shot was it was too orange. I think 7 or 8 of us had the same conclusion.

The badquality is a cool shot, but I dont know if it can be brought up to par.

Dunno. Seems washed out and over sharpened.

For 1,2 and 3. It's sure bad level, alignment with just the tower is not always enough. Try to get a good level feeling when watching the photo.

4, too red/orange.

5, nice photo, but not sharp. It's camera shake. Not much you can do about it.

6, lack of contract IMO, also some motion blur and jagged lines.
