Bad Info? How?

Sun Nov 28, 2004 2:29 am

Hey everyone. Just wanted some feedback on this recent rejection. Normally I take my rejections and move on or try to improve them but this one I totally don't understand:

http://www.airliners.net/procphotos/rejphoto.main?filename=APPEAL_HP-1525CMPMCO112004IDLE.jpg&appealed=yes

It was rejected for badinfo. This plane is new to the Copa Fleet so there are no other pics of it in the database. Anyone see why it was rejected? I've looked at the pic a million times to see if I misstyped the reg or anything but I can never figure it out. Anyone know.

Also, while I'm here,

Badquality?:

Don't get me wrong, I think the screeners do a great job especially with keeping the que < 6000 constantly but I just don't understand these two rejects. Thanks for anyone's help!

Hi

Well im no expert but... The second one does look a tiny bit out of focus/blurred, but I wouldn't have thought that would have got rejected though.
I myself dont entirely understand badinfo, everything is there in some cases but I dont geddit.

About the first no idea. The second one looks like is out of focus or blurred.

All the best

Great... just got another one:

http://www.airliners.net/addphotos/rejections/big/N940ANMCO112404IDLE.jpg

heres what I put for that:

American Airlines
Boeing 737-823
Boeing 737-800 (BBJ2/C-40)
Orlando - International (McCoy) (MCO / KMCO)
USA - Florida, November 24, 2004
Reg: N940AN
Code: 3BT
Cn:

Now look at these:

http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?distict_entry=true&airlinesearch=American%20Airlines®search=N940AN&codesearch=3BT

Same code, reg, customer code, and airline. What is different about mine to make it badinfo? Not b***hin hin here... just asking?

I'm pretty sure the badinfo rejection is from not having the C/N number.

Here is how I find construction numbers. Go to http://airlinerlist.com, and download the appropriate spreadsheet. Most of the time it will have the line number as well.

If I am looking for a construction number for an aircraft that has an N number (ie: US Registered), I simply google it.
