Comments Field-how Can Someone Change It?

Tue Dec 07, 2004 6:24 am

Evening All,

I have just had a look at some of my own photos this evening and have seen that someone has added to the comments made by me.

The photograph was accepted over a week ago but the comment has been changed today.

Who is able to change a comment and why?

Regards Simon

We change the info as we see fit. We have a full crew of people working on corrections and normalization of info. We reserve the right to change the Remark field (or any other field) in any way (and add more info about aircraft, location or similar).

Note that this is handled by the crew of Airliners.net.

Regards,
Johan

I thought the remark field is copyrighted by photographer as well?
Please excuse my poor English.

Thanks Johan,

I was just curious.

Someone has just added to my comment that the aircraft has recently crashed!

OK, i understand that.
but I think we really should get informed when our own writings are changed, something like "notification of amendment" via e-mail.
