Van Nuys Help---quick

Hey guys, i'm visiting LA and I was wondering where the best spots are at Van Nuys. I'll be going in about 4 hours and i was wondering where the best spots are and how accomadating the airport is for Photographers.

There's a viewing area with seats and tables on the east side of the airport, a little south of the aero squadron restaurant. You need to look carefully at the signs though - its not down the most obvious of roads.

Go to the Airtel Hotel at the south east corner of the field (on Valjean). Park out front, walk through the lobby to the parking lot in back (you need to pay to get in this lot). You are just a short fence away from the active runway.
