BadBorder? Help/Advice Wanted

Mon Jan 24, 2005 2:37 am

Hello all  Big grin

I've got a little problem ... Following pics are all rejected for "bad-border". To be honest, I don't see the problem, and a screener who I asked to take a look doesn't see it too ... so, please help:

and some other, all for "bad-borders" ...

Can someone help please?

Hi,

I don't really trust my eyes any more with all this stuff. Those photos look good.

Though I am far from confident is there the slightest thin light line along the bottom just where the photo meets the copyright band?

All the best.

Paul

P.S. Since I first posted I recall somewhere in the depths of my mind that some crop with a tool where it is possible to 'feather' the edge. If this is not set to zero this may cause a blurred edge. Is it possible this may be a factor?

There was an issue a while back where someone was rejected for a similar reason, and it turned out that a light edge was created on one of the sides, because of the cropping. The only thing I can see is possibly a discolored line on the bottom border, but I'm on my laptop and I could be wrong. I don't know how the screeners see these things.

As I do trust my eyes, I can assure you that your images do not have any boarders...
Maybe you were unfriendly to some screeners, that's why they rejected them  Big grin ( < note the smiley! )

There is a thin miscolored border around the edge of your pictures.
