I recently submitted my first batch of photos to a.net... and they were all rejected on grounds of bad quality. I can understand that some of them were probably not great (I had taken them with my previous digital camera), however I was perplexed about this one being rejected (click on it for the full version):
It was taken with a new 8.0 megapixel camera (Olympus C-8080WZ) in bright daylight. Could someone possibly give me some feedback on why this is not considered good enough, as it looks pretty good to me.
I'm not trying to bash the screeners with this post. I'm just trying to find out what to do better in the future. Thanks.
PS I should point out that the one included here is actually a re-submitted slightly tweeked version (a bit higher contrast and a bit of sharpening).
