I was using my last roll of Kodak 200 before I bought the Fuji Provia (still haven't finished that roll yet), and had these developed and scanned to CD by a lab here in town (they scan to a higher DPI than Wal-Mart  bounce  ).

Had to run the obligatory Neatimage on both of them, do you guys think they have a chance?

Personally I don't like the lack of depth of field.

I'm not going to comment on the quality, but the first one won't make it. It is too low in the frame, not centered.

Yeah the depth of field is a bit on the lax side, but the long lens I have shoots at a constant f8, and I haven't even thought about buying another lens because the camera itself predates the disco movement.

Regarding the lowness in frame, to me it just looks more natural. If I would have centered it, the mountaintops would have been cut off.
