Badpeople Question

Wed Apr 20, 2005 7:24 am

Firstly am not disputing a rejection, haven't uploaded yet!

I have some reasonable shots of a small aerobatic plane, no people in the shots, although the pilot that day was an attractive young lady!!

Question is, the owners name is painted quite clearly on the cockpit sides, does this constitute badpeople or some other grounds for rejection?

I have shots that do not show the owners name but the best ones do!

Regards

Chris

No need to worry mate, no way could that be badpeople or badanything with the possible exception of the name containing something grossly offensive.

By putting their name on the aircraft the owner has put the information into the public domain, so no worries about sharing it here.

Good question.

Tamsin

PS If the pilot is visible in a legitimate "action" shot, that would also not be considered badpeople, although there is an area where legitimate flying turns into gratuitous posing. We don't like the latter, as is well documented.

Anybody thanked you lately for the help you give us?...
