So today to try out my new 20d and take advantage of my first day off in a while I took a trip over to the other coast and do some spotting. My first stop was the hibiscus garage at FLL
. Met a nice english chap who was spotting up there as well and got some great pics. As I was getting ready to leave a guy in a suit walked up to me and called me over to him. He flashed his credentials and said he was with the federal marshals. He asked to see my drivers license and and copied down the information and inquired as to if I had any warrants. To which I replied, "I sure as hell hope not." He was very nice the whole time and was apologetic for having to grill me but said when someone calls we have to respond. After that little experience, I took a trip down to MIA
. After spending a short time at the holes and not seeing any thing exciting I headed over to EL
Dorado. I spotted there for quite a while, until all of a sudden a Miami Dade Security SUV
pulled up on the other side of the fence, accompanied by oddly enough a white Nissan maxima. A guy got out of the maxima and yelled, there are designated photography areas and this is not one of them, leave. Fair enough I got back in my car and spent the rest of the day at the holes. So my only question is since when do cops drive Japanese luxury cars?
