A Picture From The Future...

Sat Jun 04, 2005 5:59 am

I thought I was seeing things here, but the info says Nov. 17, 2005. Someone needs to give me the time machine so I can see when the A380 will be at LAX for the first time!  Big grin Hopefully this will get corrected soon.

Quoting Bjoern Schmitt (Thread starter):
In fact the object is hidden by a B767-400 but this gives you an impression of how huge the A340-600 really is. He is further in the backgound, but still larger than the wingspan of this B767-400. If you look closely you find an Saab 340, which looks really tiny compared to the others.

Sorry?

It's the JAL "Predator theme" 767, they'll repaint it sometime in October.

I don't see a 767-400 and barely see the gears of the Saab. Strange remarks.

When I read the remarks I thought this kind of information was supposed to be removed because incite to click on the photo...
And of course is a wrong info 100% and the photo should be retired from the database.....
Just my single opinion

How does a photo with a date of Nov 17, 2005 get in the DB, just a mistake?

I see nothing wrong with the language used, neither do I see a 767 or a Saab 340.

For the non-english natives to write in english (I'm not a pilot nor was the language I use to learn at school...was french actually) you can't imagine the effort we do. The dictionary is always over my desk and often I have to ring somebody for an explanation...

There is very little grammatically incorrect about: "If you look closely you find an Saab 340". We can all understand that very clearly.

It's not a matter of not understanding English. The photographer is trolling for hits, and that's tacky.

But that's a topic for another thread...

And I do not believe that either...  Wink I think something went wrong with filenames and the wrong remark was posted next to the wrong picture.

I'd have to agree with that too, but I am still puzzled about how the date of Nov. 2005 got on there. Whatever, it looks like the picture was pulled and hopefully they fixed it.
