Dirty Camera Rejection, Need Help

Wed Jun 29, 2005 10:36 pm

Hi,

I need some help on this. I uploaded a photo of a TNT A300F taken at Schiphol Rijk. This photo was rejected because of a dirty camera/dirty scanner. As this photo is a digital photo I assume the screener meant that there are some dirt spots on the photo, but I can't find any dirt on the photo. Below you can see my photo:

I really would like to re-upload this photo to airliners.net but can't see what's wrong with it. Can someone help me out here? Any screener's additional tips?

Best regards,

Above the front part of the fuselage there are several spots. Try to do this: Open it in Photoshop, add a new adjustment layer for brightness and contrast and then tune the brightness down and the contrast up, and you'll see them. Then you can clone them out with the clone stamp, and then get rid of the adjustment layer again. Also try checkin Eric's or Fergul's workflow for that procedure.

Cheers,

There are also more spots: Go straight up from the left wing tip and then a little left. And right above the tail, too.

Hi

I have a feeling it will still get rejected for bad motive due to the stairs obscuring the front of the aircraft

Sorry
