Changing The Color Profile On The Canon EOS 300D

Mon Jul 04, 2005 8:29 am

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if there was a way to change the Canon EOS 300D's color profile? From RGB to sRGB or something like that.

Cheers,

Hi Sebastian,

As I understand the normal colour mode is sRGB. It is possible to alter to Adobe RGB, but most of the time I leave my 300D in 'Parameter 2', as it reduces the amount of "in camera" sharpening.

All what it can do is explained on page 55 (of the English version at least) in the instruction manual.

Tim.
Obviously missing something....

Alright cool, sounds like Parameter 2 will do the job. Thanks very much for the quick response.
