Hmmm I also don't really understand that one.

Maybe leave more space on the left...... got no idea. Then again, there is no space on the right while there is some space on the left. hmmm.

Maybe a screener here that knows?

Hi Rez

I would crop to the edge of the nose & maybe remove some of the grass from the bottom of the photo

Ian

BTW love these shots

Thanks for the comments guys!

Bit of a confusing one that... I'll wait to hear from a screener before I try the Appeal function.

Ian,

Glad you like the shots... I'm very proud of those shots, specially the F-16... such a photogenic colour scheme!

Hi Rez

Yes, maybe try and leave some more space to the left of the image.

It's one of those shots that looks uncentred.

Regards

Gary

This thread clears up things a bit on a rejection I had lately...So just for my personnal knowledge now...

I guess it's the same situation in here?

I should have more space on the right of the picture, in front of the nose...?

Thanks!

Hi Rez..

Wouldn't it be: that the distance between the fin and the top of the image
is half the distance between the wheels and the bottom of the image.

The tail fin isn't cut and there's sufficient room at the front.

I reckon it's sitting slightly 'high' and needs dropping down a bit, less grass.

sorry to disagree Gary, but what do I know?  old

LOL!

One can get a bit too scientific about this!  Wink

To my eye the aircraft fuselage is good and centred in the crops and probably is to do with the fact that the eye barely perceives the tailplane and therefore registers an out of balance left to right.

Another Badcentered reject was this Sioux.

Again, to my eye the bulk of the aircraft is centred in the crop...

Horizontal centering is spot-on but it is too high in the frame in the vertical direction.
