A.net Worthy?

Mon Aug 08, 2005 11:20 am

Well after practicing shooting and processing for quite a while, and taking in many tips from this forum along the way, I believe I finally have some decent candidates for A.net. What do you think?

-Continental: is that a dust spot in the top left or a cloud?
-Air Canada: ease up on the saturation.
-Spirit: needs a wee bit of sharpening.

The rest seem fine in my monitor...
Oh no, she's getting impatient! Take a stab at it!

I would have to say a cloud, 1) Because it looks like a precursor to the cloud in the same location in Air Canada, and 2) Because it doesn't appear in every photo, which were all taken during the same session.

I would check the level on the continental and the last spirit. Both need a bit of CW rotation.

Noted. On the second Spirit shot, I just noticed that I forgot to level it!

Anything else? Screeners?

Was Neatimage used by any chance on these?

Just wondering,

Matt

Not the name itself, however I did use a little bit of the noise-reducing filter in Photo Shop.

The Spirit Airbus seems to have some jaggies on the tail...possibly oversharpened  Wink  Wink  Wink Ha Ha...

But seriously, these are awesome shots! The sky, especially in the Delta shot is perfectly exposed. Great work...definetly try submitting these!

Uh-Oh, I smell neatimage discrimination...

 Wow!
