Help With Badcentered Rejection

Tue Aug 09, 2005 12:06 am

I really wanted this picture to be accepted but got a badcentered rejection. I purposely cropped it so it had the wing on the left hand part of the picture. I didn't like the way the wing looked right smack dab in the middle. What do you guys think I should do? Thanks I have learned so much from reading this forum. http://www.airliners.net/addphotos/rejections/big/71805N842MHTOATLaa.jpg

Hi there...

Even though you left about as much space above the wingtip, as under the left engine, I think it would look better if the fuselage were more centered in the pic. Vertically, that is.

Now, if you do have the entire plane, I'd post it as such, rather than this crop. I think preference is given to full frames, unless there is a particular motivation to crop differently.

If you don't have the full plane, I'd recenter and give it a try though, because from what I can see (very small pic), it does look great!

Hope this helps...

Hi Edoca, Thanks for the quick response. That picture is only half of the airplane. I wanted to highlight the raked wing, that was my motive. I will take your suggestion and crop the fuselage in the middle and see what happens. Maybe a screener could chime in with a suggestion or recommendation.
